I purchased 2 bathing suits that I received in a timely manner; the quality was very good but unfortunately the sizing wasn't (I'm 4'10, 130 lbs - 36C...the medium top of the tankinis were too tight but the bottoms were perfect). However, they have an awesome return policy, so I'll try again.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service - the best I’ve had. I noticed a tear in a dress I purchased and so I contacted them to see if I could get a refund or replacement - they asked me to send pictures of the item and so I did, which resulted in them offering me a free replacement or full refund. I accepted the refund (which I’d purchased on klarna) and this went through very quickly. It only took about 10 mins to resolve. And the lady who was helping me was very nice and kind. I’ll use the refund money to purchase a different dress from CUPSHE, as I think this was just a one off and otherwise really liked the dress. Thanks again for your help!
