Q: What is Refundid?
A: Refundid© provides shoppers instant refunds* for their returns. No need to wait for your order to be shipped back and checked before you’re issued a refund. With Refundid© your refund appears in your account in under 60 seconds.
Q: Is there any restriction when using Refundid?
A: RPlease note Refundid is only available for AU orders. Refundid is not available for orders paid partially or fully via Gift Card and applied with BOGO discount.
Q: How do I get a refund using Refundid?
A: To book your return via Refundid please click here. All you have to do is set up a Refundid account and follow Refundid's simple 4 step process!
Q: How can I cancel/change my refund?
A: If you enter incorrect details when you’re processing your refund and/or you’d like to cancel your refund after it’s been issued to you, you will need to contact Refundid directly via info@refundid.com.Please note all refund cancellations via Refundid incur a AUD1 fee and can take up to two business days to finalise.
Q: When do I need to return my items?
A: When you choose self ship, customers are required to provide return tracking number within 3 days and shipped out within 10 days, or there will be extra fee charged by refundid which is AUD2 per day. When you choose return label, your return tracking has not updated within 10 days, Refundid will reverse the instant refund they have paid out to you. Q: Where is my refund?
A: With Refundid you will always receive your refund instantly into your connected bank account. If you need some help processing or finding your refund, don’t hesitate to contact Refundid directly on info@refundid.com.
Q: Can I use Refundid if I purchased my order with a buy now pay later service, like Afterpay?
A: Absolutely! You can still receive an instant refund with Refundid if you originally purchased your item with a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service. Simply book your return via our Return Page and choose Refundid to receive an instant refund. After that, you can then use the money that you receive instantly to repay your outstanding balance with your BNPL provider. Please note, when using Refundid your payments with your BNPL service will not be automatically cancelled. You will need to repay your BNPL provider with the money that is sent by Refundid.
Q: How much does return label cost ?
A: The return shipping fee is different from return label cost on normal return, which is charged according to the weight of the items you returned. The specific price is as follows:
