RETURN POLICY
1. We will accept returns in their original condition within 30 days of delivery, except for any products labeled on the site as non-returnable. *If an item is returned beyond the 30-day period, we may need to ship it back to your default delivery address and request that you pay for the shipping costs.
*Please note that we don't accept returns after the 45 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 45 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
2. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with product tags and hygiene liners attached.
3. Beach blankets, swimming rings, sunglasses, jewelry, hair accessories, panties, lingerie, shapewear, and pasties are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded unless there is a quality issue. Items marked as flash and final sales are also not returnable unless they are defective, don't match their description, or fail to perform as described.
4. Original shipping charges and duties are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
5. We provide return labels for your items with costs starting as low as A$8.95. Please pack your return item(s), print out the label, and stick the label to your return package. Please note that the return label is only valid for 21 days after the approval of our Customer Care Team.

REFUNDS
1. Once we've received your returned package, we'll take care of the rest and process your refund asap. Refunds for credit card payments take up to 10 business days and refunds for PayPal payments take between 1-3 business days. Please note that the processing time depends on your bank and PayPal.
*Due to recent processing delays, your credit card refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. If your bank account has closed since you've made the purchase, you will need to contact your bank directly for information on how to receive the funds.
RETURN TIPS
1. When you start a return, make sure the email address is the same as the one you used to place your order and no spaces are included. The order number provided should contain 16 numbers with no letters or spaces.

3. Once you submit a return request, we will send you an email with details on where to send your return within 24 hours. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your “junk mail” folder or “spam” folder. Please ONLY ship to the return address that is provided and not to the address on your original package or else your return will not be received.
4. Non-returnable items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
5. 3 piece sets cannot be refunded or exchanged individually.
