Sizing was a little confusing as the size in numbers doesn’t correspond with the Lettering suggested sizes on the website so I purchased the L expecting the corresponding 16-18 for a relaxed fit and it’s closer to a 12-14 which fits but is tight in the bust and arm area so best to choose a size up if you’re looking for the relaxed fit. Otherwise gorgeous dress!

Very good customer service for refund process however your sizing is confusing and not consistent with NZ sizing. I am typically size 18. I bought your size 20-22 and it is a tight fit. The product is well made although darker than the picture supplied.
